Doug Zingale

Doug has over 40 years of experience negotiating financial and strategic transactions on behalf of biotech and other technology companies. As Co-Chairman of the Global Business Group at Mintz, he led transaction teams for public offerings, mergers and acquisitions and strategic partnerships on behalf of Biogen and Vertex Pharmaceuticals. When he left the practice of law, he took on the role of General Manager for Strategic Partnerships at Microsoft in their Entertainment and Devices Division. For the last 6 years, he has been managing a healthcare fund, Blue Goose Capital, which has been making investments in biotech, medical device and digital health companies.
